Puffin submission

A drawing, which I later turned into a linocut for the cover of James and the Giant Peach for Penguin/Puffin design award.

I am not a hundred percent sold on the typographic solution. The hand written type fits well, I think, but the rest seems a bit too generic. Next time I need to consider typography more than one hour before the submission deadline.
